What Makes You Beautiful? 是什麼讓你美麗的?



The more you worry about your weight, the more sick you become. The worry itself causes increase in weight because many people eat a lot when they worry. The more you think of weight, the more weight you will have. As you think, so you become. Worry is the most dangerous disease. Keep the mind healthy always. If someone doesn’t want to like you because of your weight, that person is interested only in your flesh, not in your qualities. What will make a person beautiful? The beauty of wisdom that dawns through tranquility of mind. We have enough troubles and worries. Yogis should not be bothered with weight issues. Let us think of more important things in life that could bring peace, joy and harmony.

你愈是擔心你的體重,你愈容易生病。擔心就會讓你增加體重了,因為很多人愈是擔心愈是吃得多。老是想着體重,體重反而增加。你怎麼想就會變成什麼樣心想事成啊!擔心是最危險的疾病,永遠要保持心靈的健康。如果有人因為你的體重而不喜歡你,他喜歡的只是你的肉體,而非你的整個價質。是什麼讓人變得美麗?智慧因心靈的平靜而呈現美麗。我們有太多的困擾與擔憂。瑜珈修行人不應該為體重之類的事情而煩惱。讓我們多想一些生命中能夠帶給我們和平、喜悅與和諧重要的事情吧。
