Integral Yoga encompasses all Yoga knowledge.Through specialized methods, it develops every level of our personal body, mind, and soul. Its method is an integration of various Yoga schools, such as Raja Yoga, Karma Yoga, Bhakti Yoga, Jnana Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Mantra Yoga, Nada Yoga, Japa Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, etc. to achieve completeness and harmony in its application and elevation; it is a scientific system. In search of the peace and happiness of our mind, it considers physical stretches and postures, physical purification, Yoga diet, breathing techniques, relaxation strategies, selfless services, meditation, prayer and singing, in addition to the five thousand year old ancient philosophy.
